Webis unchecked in emulator settings. Although since you've said MAME doesn't run outside of Launchbox, it's likely it's an issue with how you've got MAME setup. Rule of thumb is that if an emulator won't run standalone, it's not gonna run from Launchbox since LB doesn't play the ROMS as much as "instruct" an existing emulator to run the ROM.
